Who will be attending?  

This will be a small event with less than 50 people including a mix of mid to senior level brand marketers, digital/COE specialists, and innovation roles from various pharma companies.

When should I arrive & Depart?

We recommend arriving Monday afternoon and departing Wednesday morning. The core Advisory Board meeting will begin Tuesday morning and end around 5:00 pm. We would love to have you join us for our winery tour on Tuesday afternoon, followed by dinner.

If you want to extend your stay, please let Julie Wagner know, and we will provide you with a discounted group rate. 

how far is MacArthur Place from the major local airports? what’s the best way to get from the airport to the hotel?

The hotel concierge recommends you take an Uber or Lyft, as it’s much more affordable than a cab or car service.  

• Oakland Airport: ~1.25 Hours  

• San Francisco Airport: ~1.25 Hours

• Sacramento Airport: ~1.5 Hours 

Is there parking nearby the venue?

If you plan to drive to MacArthur place, there is on-site valet parking for visitors.

What is the dress code for the meeting?

Majority of attendees dress business casual, but please wear whatever you feel most comfortable in.

What if I need to take a call during the meeting?  

We have plenty of quiet space for you to take a call if you need to step away for a few minutes!

i’m plANNING ON BRINGING A GUEST WITH ME. wHICH EVENTS ARE THEY ABLE TO ATTEND?

If you plan on bringing a guest, please tell us ahead of time and we will let you know what we can accommodate. They are more than welcome to stay at MacArthur Place with you while you’re here, we just ask they don’t attend the Advisory Board Meeting.

do i need to book the hotel room?

No, we have a room block and your room will be booked for you. You’ll receive a confirmation email from the hotel prior to the meeting.
